(This program is in the Strategy and Innovation Executive Certificate track).
In this program, you’ll learn how to harness the momentum and key principles of algorithms and transformative technologies to help bridge some of these gaps in your organization and to more successfully manage and lead your teams in the digital economy.

Applied Business Analytics
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
The goal of business analytics is to determine which datasets are useful and how they can be leveraged to solve problems and increase efficiency, productivity, and revenue. In this non-technical program, you will learn a practical framework that will enable you to use data to improve decision-making.

Artificial Intelligence in Health Care
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
In this program, the MIT Sloan School of Management and the MIT J-Clinic aim to equip health care leaders with a grounded understanding of the potential for AI innovations in the health care industry. The course explores types of AI technology, its applications, limitations, and industry opportunities.

Digital Learning Strategy
(This program is in the Strategy and Innovation Executive Certificate track).
In this new, hands-on program, we’ll give you the capability and confidence to harness current technologies such as machine learning, augmented reality, and robotics in your education strategy. You’ll also look at digital learning and transformation technologies through a strategic lens that will help you create and deliver new value.

Inquiry-Driven Leadership
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
This course focuses on a question-based approach to challenges, enabling you to become both a creative problem-finder and solver by gaining the tools to ask better questions.

Interpersonal Communication: Strategies for Executives
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
This course uses research and practice-based methods to improve your communication skills in a variety of contexts. Specifically, it’s built around the RELATE framework, developed at the MIT Sloan School of Management to support a scalable communication strategy.

Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
This course provides a step-by-step guide to the 4-CAPS+ Leadership Framework, developed by Faculty Director Deborah Ancona and her colleagues at MIT. The framework provides key insights into the skills required for effective leadership.

Leading Successful Transitions in a Digitally Driven World
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
Disruptive technologies are fueling digital transformation at unprecedented levels, demanding us to rethink our roles and tasks, adopt new responsibilities, and manage the range of emotions that result from all the above. Navigating the transitions sparked by digitally-driven change requires deep awareness—of ourselves and others. This program leverages leadership assessments and group coaching to provide leaders with insights, tools, and frameworks for navigating the human side of these transitions.

Mastering Negotiation and Influence
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
Learn negotiation strategies to understand, plan, and achieve your objectives in a variety of contexts. What separates this program from others is that you will engage in live negotiations and receive feedback in real time.

Navigating Transitions During Disruptive Change
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
Transitions are inevitable, in work and in life. Navigating them well is every leader’s responsibility. Building on the Transition-Curve Framework (research and practice on adjustment, learning, emotional response curves, and more), this unique program will help you better manage uncertainty and successfully lead others through the behavioral, cognitive, and emotional arcs that accompany disruptive change.

Organizational Design for Digital Transformation
(This program is in the Strategy and Innovation Executive Certificate track).
Developed by Faculty Director Jeanne Ross and her colleagues at MIT, this course takes a deep dive into the five foundational dimensions of digital transformation. These key dimensions help organizations leverage the capabilities provided by technology.

Pricing: Using Data to Improve Pricing Performance
(This program is in the Strategy and Innovation Executive Certificate track).
This program will equip you with the skills and understanding to accurately and effectively price new or existing products or services, with a focus on providing economic value to the customer.

Reimagining Leadership: A Playbook for the Digital Economy
(This program is in the Management and Leadership Executive Certificate track).
Digital media and methods are transforming businesses around the world. However, a recent global study of thousands of organizations and C-suite leaders show a startling gap in readiness to compete, let alone win, in this new environment. This new course is designed to help participants define and achieve great leadership for their organizations in the new digital economy.

Strategies for Career Development: Charting Your Path to the C-Suite
